Call us and describe what has happened. In about a third of cases, we can remotely detect a device defect.
Even in the remaining cases, we are able to greatly save the time it takes to resolve the problem.

Our technician will make an accurate diagnosis. When the problem is more serious, the technician immediately contacts the manufacturer of the device.
If the communication between us was enough to diagnose the problem and we have the parts in stock, we make the repair immediately.

In emergencies, we place express orders for spare parts. The whole case will be resolved within 72 hours if the spare part is in the manufacturer’s warehouse.
Even without express delivery, we usually correct the problem within a week of successful diagnostics. The most complex problems take us 10-14 days.
In our plant, there are kilometres of JACOB special piping installed by JELÍNEK-TRADING which is linked to our future development. The advantage is its simple installation thanks to the JACOB modular system.
